Westpac EFTPOS code 05

You can make a Pay Anyone payment using Online Banking, Mobile Banking or Tablet Banking if you are registered for Westpac Protect™ SMS Code.

To make a Pay Anyone payment using Online Banking:

To make a Pay Anyone payment to someone you've paid before:

1. Select the 'Make a payment' button on the Overview page.
2. Select the Pay Anyone tab. By clicking into the Choose existing payee entry field, you can select or begin typing to find an existing payee from your Payee list.
3. Enter the first few letters of payee's name in the Existing payee field, and select a payee from the choices offered
4. Select a From account.
5. In the Payment details field, fill in the Amount, Date, and Payment frequency fields.
6. Select Continue.
7. Review the payment details and press Confirm at the bottom of your screen. You will be presented with a confirmation of your payment.
   

To make a Pay Anyone payment to a new payee:

1. On the Make a payment page, select Create new payee.
2. Select the Pay Anyone option from the Payment method drop-down menu.
3. Complete the Account name, BSB, Account number and Payee fields.
4. Select Confirm. You'll be taken to the Make a payment page.
5. On the Make a payment page, complete all mandatory fields in the From and Payment details section, then press Continue.
6. You will be sent an SMS code to your registered device. Enter the SMS code and select Authorise
7. Your Pay Anyone payment is complete. You may print, save or email your receipt

To make a Pay Anyone payment using Mobile Banking:

1. Sign in to Mobile Banking
2. Tap 'Make payment' at the top of the screen
3. Choose your 'From' account
4. Tap under 'To' to bring up your list of payees
5. Tap 'Add (+)' to add a new payee
6. Enter the Account name, BSB and Account number you wish to pay and change the Payee nickname if required.
7. Tap 'Create'
8. Enter the payment details including the Amount, Description and payment date
9. To make the payment recurring, tap on 'How often' and choose the payment frequency
10. Tap 'Continue' then 'Confirm'
11. You will be sent an SMS Code to your registered device
12. Enter the SMS Code and tap 'Continue' to complete your payment
13. Your receipt number will be displayed and you can choose to email payment details or make another payment.
