EFTPOS New Zealand has partnered with several gift card partners, accepting their electronic Gift Cards through terminals connected to the EFTPOS New Zealand network.Gift Cards look like an eftpos or credit card but work like a gift voucher. It has a positive balance, unlike a credit card that has a credit balance, and the value on the Gift Card can be used all at once, or it can be used repeatedly until the balance reaches zero. Some cards can also be reloaded and reused.More and more New Zealand consumers opt for the convenience and flexibility of giving a Gift Card. Gift Cards are now considered a 'must have' for retailers - and have a place in any category or retail environment - no matter the size.

Gift Station

Gift Station, owned by epay, provides Gift Cards for a number of New Zealand's leading brands. These Cards can be purchased by consumers at Gift Stations in over 400 stores throughout New Zealand, or online. Cards are available for over 60 leading brands such as, The Warehouse, Mitre10, Repco, Walker and Hall, Civic Video, Noel Leeming and many more.
