National Australia Bank (NAB) has been experiencing outages to its some of its services since last week, with the latest disruptions preventing cardholders from using cash machines and eftpos terminals.NAB chief customer officer, consumer banking and wealth Andrew Hagger apologised to customers in a note posted on the company's news page, confirming the outage was affecting automated teller machines (ATMs), EFTPOS terminals, NAB merchant terminals and the bank's health claims billing solution HICAPS."It’s important for customers to know that our branches are open and you can get assistance, " he said.“We’re working hard to fix this problem and we’re very sorry for the trouble this is causing."Hagger said NAB will continue to provide customers with regular updates and support where possible.Concerned customers can continue to check the bank's
